CUSTOM DRESSES REFUND POLICY:
Because these items are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product has a defect, there was an error made on our part or the wrong product was shipped. If you need to cancel an order, you may do so within 24 hours of order placement to receive a full refund. After 24 hours your order will start processing and cannot be cancelled.
READY TO WEAR ITEMS EXCHANGE POLICY:
Clothing and activewear can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving for a different size or credit as long as all tags are attached. Because all of our items are special occasion wear or made to order, returns are not accepted. Accessories are final sale.
Non custom items can be canceled up to 24 hours after order is placed. After 24 hours a 15% restocking fee will apply. If the order has been shipped, a refund cannot be issued. Only a credit or exchange.
HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE:
To make an exchange, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order information and we will email you a pre-paid return label to quickly and easily send your product back.
All domestic orders are mailed via mail that includes tracking and insurance. Marais Sky is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Every package is however mailed with tracking and priority mail packages include $100 insurance.
Orders are typically delivered within 1-3 business days (within the US) after production of item is complete.
Custom dress collection orders currently take 2-3 weeks for production.
Keepsake boxes, accessories, tutu skirts and playsuits require 1 week production time.
Any customs or duties fees are the responsibility of the customer.
International order exchanges: We do NOT cover return shipping and re-shipping costs if you need to exchange so please choose sizing carefully. We are happy to measure any item for you so you can be sure it will fit.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES:
Marais Sky is not responsible for lost or damaged packages, however all packages are packed with care and sent with tracking. Items that are shipped with USPS Priority Mail are automatically insured up to $100.
Rush orders are welcome at a $20 rush fee. If you need a dress on a specific date please email us BEFORE you place your order to coordinate - email@example.com.
We always offer free standard US shipping with code FREESHIP (up to a $15 value) or 10% off your first order when you sign up for our email list. Our website does not allow two promo codes to be used, so please choose one.
